Curriculum Team Leader Geography

Salary Range MPS 1-6 TLR 2a

Sarum Academy would welcome applications for the position of Curriculum Team Leader for Geography to join our fantastic team. Sarum Academy is a highly successful school with a growing reputation; part of the Magna Learning Partnership Academy Trust. In addition to fulfilling your professional duties as a teacher, in accordance with the Teacher Standards, the post holder will ensure high quality curriculum provision and effective teaching and learning within the curriculum area of Geography.

 The successful applicant will:

Teacher of MFL 0.5 days a week

Salary Range: MPS 1-6 UPS 1-3 as appropriate

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Modern Foreign Langauges; you could be a talented NQT or a more experienced colleague, but the essential criterion is classroom performance and someone who has a real desire to make a difference in the lives of our children.  

The successful applicant will:

  • Have high aspirations for pupils
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge
  • Be able to teach across the ability range for KS3 and KS4
  • Show a real passion for developing teaching and learning
  • Possess a strong team ethos
  • Display good communication skills
